Role:

The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen and respective staff to successfully produce consistent, safe, quality cannabis infused edibles. The Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with all regulations and the highest levels of safety and cleanliness inside the kitchen area. Manage the kitchen work environment to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and quality of cannabis infused products to achieve the companys business objectives efficiently, compliantly, and safely.

Review and refine Standard Operating Procedures for kitchen equipment and processes.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement to further strengthen the companys reputation and success.

Develop and maintain all product specification documents, recipes, formulas, and food safety plans.

Continually train, develop, and assess the skills of kitchen staff in all aspects of production.

Work with leadership to develop all QA/QC and analytical testing for quality, consistency, and efficacy, and is constantly improving workflow.

Regularly audit inventory to ensure full compliance.
