Overview EagleSticks Golf Club is looking for an experienced, dependable Kitchen Manager/Chef to lead our food operation. Our kitchen serves a busy sports bar and grill while also supporting golf outings, weddings, corporate events, banquets, and other special events. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can produce quality food, keep the kitchen organized, and build a reliable team. Duties Oversee daily kitchen operations for the sports bar and banquet business Prepare and execute menu items with consistent quality and presentation Lead, schedule, train, and hold kitchen employees accountable Coordinate food service for weddings, golf outings, corporate events, and banquets Manage food ordering, inventory, food costs, portion control, and waste Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets all health and safety standards Work closely with management and event staff to ensure successful service Help improve menus, kitchen procedures, and overall efficiency What We're Looking For Previous cooking and kitchen leadership experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control strategies Experience managing banquet services, catering events, or large-scale food production is preferred Available for evenings, weekends, and special events Compensation will be based on experience.
