Wayfarer Restaurant & Lounge - Cannon Beach, OR Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment? This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, supporting the service team, and delivering the outstanding hospitality our guests have come to expect. Primarily Evenings, Weekends & Holidays Required Pay:

$27.00 per hour What You'll Do Lead and support the front-of-house team during evening service. Ensure guests receive exceptional, personalized service from arrival through departure. Coach, motivate, and develop team members while fostering a positive work environment. Assist with daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures. Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with confidence and care. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and service quality. Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and service. Monitor staffing levels and assist with shift assignments to meet business needs. Support training, onboarding, and performance coaching of team members. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Handler and OLCC Service Permit (or ability to obtain upon hire).
