• 75,000 base salary Monthly bonus of up to 30% of base, tied to sales, labor, food cost and guest scores

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Manage staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations. Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards. Monitor financial performance including sales, costs, and profitability; implement strategies to meet business goals. Ensure the restaurant maintains cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all times. Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and positive community engagement. Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with corporate support teams to implement marketing initiatives and operational improvements. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build effective teams and inspire staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Sound understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
