Mosey's Roadhouse 1054 Beach Lake Hwy, Beach Lake PA Mosey's Roadhouse is looking for an experienced, energetic, and dependable Restaurant Manager to join our team! We're looking for someone who can lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and keep restaurant operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage and motivate staff
• Create a positive guest experience
• Schedule and supervise employees
• Monitor food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Help control labor and food costs
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Ensure health, safety, and company standards are followed
• Work closely with ownership and management
• Organize special events that create revenue

Qualifications:

• Restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable and organized
• Knowledge of Clover POS system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
