Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety compliance to ensure high-quality service Utilize Toast POS system for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering procedures Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service flow during shifts Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service standards, and safety protocols Monitor financial performance by analyzing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and implementing cost-control measures Ensure adherence to health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices in all areas of operation Manage shift schedules efficiently to meet customer demand while optimizing labor costs Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and customer satisfaction Skills Extensive experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food service operations Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management Proven ability in inventory control, food safety management, and cost analysis Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising diverse hospitality teams Strong communication skills for managerial conversations, staff training, and customer interactions Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly Experience with casual dining or quick service restaurant environments is highly desirable Skilled in managing hospitality teams during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service Knowledge of catering operations or banquet services is a plus but not required Join us as our General Manager - Restaurant to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
