What We're Looking For :

• A friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
• 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a fast casual restaurant or quick service restaurant setting
• Strong operational experience in kitchen and FOH management
• Proven success with P&L management , food safety , staffing, and sales forecasting
• A passion for developing food service teams and leading by example
• A creative mindset for local store marketing and community involvement
