Job Overview We're looking for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant functions, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall business success. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in team leadership, and eager to deliver memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and food quality. Manage daily operations including shift management, inventory control, and food safety compliance. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting. Train staff on food handling, customer service, and operational procedures to ensure consistency. Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to health regulations and safety protocols. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on team supervision. Extensive background in food service management including kitchen management, food safety, and inventory control. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and hospitality standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
