Shift Manager - Job Overview & Responsibilities The Shift Manager supervises daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures that team members deliver excellent service, food quality standards are maintained, and operational procedures are followed. The Shift Manager supports leadership by guiding team members, maintaining a positive work environment, and helping the restaurant run efficiently during each shift. Leadership & Team Support Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts Provide direction and coaching to ensure strong performance Promote teamwork and a positive work environment Lead by example with professionalism and a strong work ethic Operations Management Ensure food quality, speed of service, and order accuracy Monitor restaurant cleanliness and operational standards Assist with shift setup and preparation Maintain proper staffing and workflow during the shift Guest Experience Provide excellent customer service and support guest satisfaction Address guest concerns quickly and professionally Ensure a welcoming and positive guest experience Safety & Compliance Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation procedures Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Shift Duties:
