Must have GREAT customer service skills and create a fun working environment, while holding staff accountable to company culture, philosophy, policies and procedures. Must be able to work in a very busy, fast paced, high energy restaurant and work all positions, including but not limited to the front and back of the house positions when needed. Must have an extensive background in restaurant management with a minimum of three years as a Manager in a full service restaurant. Will be responsible for SALES, inventory, food and labor cost, ordering, prep sheets, catering, PNL, marketing, cleaning, repairs &, maintenance, recipe adherence, and managing and hiring staff.
