General Manager :

Manage, train, monitor, and coach Crew/ Team members Direct and assign restaurant employees to meet operational standards Adhere to and monitor employee compliance with policies and practices Prepare work schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed Monitor and maintain inventory levels within cost control procedures Complete and maintain all employment-related records Reinforce a customer service mentality among employees Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly and respectfully Hire and develop restaurant crew and management team members Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for improvement Develop and implement marketing strategies
