- The Village at Totem Lake | Kirkland, WA Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Bar Manager to join the leadership team at our Kirkland location in The Village at Totem Lake.
Stack 571 is a locally owned and operated Pacific Northwest restaurant concept built around handcrafted burgers, a strong whiskey and cocktail program, local craft beer, and genuine hospitality. Our restaurants combine the energy of a modern neighborhood bar with a full-service dining experience focused on quality ingredients, approachable food, and memorable guest experiences. The Bar Manager plays an important role in both our front-of-house operation and the continued development and execution of our beverage program. We are looking for a leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, building relationships with guests, and taking ownership of results. Our leadership philosophy is centered on hospitality, accountability, and giving managers the tools and ownership necessary to run a great restaurant. Stack 571 is also committed to supporting the communities we serve through partnerships with local organizations, charities, and events. Qualifications 2-4 years of restaurant management experience, preferably with direct responsibility for a bar or beverage program. Strong understanding of full-service restaurant operations, guest service, people development, and financial performance. Passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience. Working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine; whiskey knowledge is a plus. Ability to lead, coach, and develop bartenders and front-of-house team members. Ability to maintain high standards for beverage execution, cleanliness, organization, and responsible alcohol service. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Ability to analyze results, identify opportunities, and take action to improve performance. Awareness of current restaurant and beverage trends. Desire and ability to grow with the organization.
