Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of bar operations, including food preparation, drink service, and inventory control Lead, train, and develop bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting Oversee kitchen management tasks related to beverage and light food production, ensuring quality and consistency Monitor inventory levels regularly, order supplies as needed, and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a welcoming environment for guests Assist with shift management, scheduling staff coverage during busy hours, and supervising team performance Conduct staff training sessions on food safety management, hospitality best practices, and operational procedures Support catering events or banquets when required, ensuring seamless service delivery Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with a focus on bar operations Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and beverage service including coffee or cocktail expertise Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS along with cash handling skills Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams with supervising experience in restaurant management or food service management Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety standards Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, team training, and managerial communication Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high-quality customer service Basic math skills for order calculations, cash handling accuracy, and financial reporting Previous assistant manager or managerial experience within the food industry is highly preferred Join us as a Bar Manager where your leadership will energize our team and elevate our guest experience.
