We are Hiring Managers who Have 2-3 years of McDonald's management experience, within the last 7 years. For this opening, we are only considering candidates who have worked as a manager within a McDonald's restaurant. Candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge and command of McDonald's standards and procedures. Ability to prepare and execute corporate visits, adhere to OEPE, R2P, and KVS timing standards is needed. We are looking for self sufficient managers who enjoy working at McDonald's. This fast paced, often hectic, always changing environment must be something you thrive in. This job requires the ability to come in, observe what tasks need taken care of, in which priority, and then taken care of without having to be micromanaged. If something needs cleaned, the right candidate will make a plan to have it cleaned and carry it through to completion. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for both training and developing skills and opportunities for their crew to grow. Full time, flexible availability is required. Up to $17 per Hour, with Performance Bonuses.
