Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in bar and food service environments. This role requires a passion for customer service, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Lead and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment. Conduct interviews, hire new team members, and provide training to ensure all staff meet performance expectations. Utilize Square POS system for efficient order processing and financial reporting. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the bar or food service industry. Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. Experience in quick service fast food restaurant settings is a plus. Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Background in coffee preparation is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
