Since 2014, Bob's Well Bread has been baking naturally leavened bread the old-fashioned way: small batches, the finest ingredients. Our Pain au Levain, croissants, and kouign-amann keep locals and wine-country locals and visitors coming back, and we've earned national recognition from Travel + Leisure and Sunset. We're looking for a hospitality pro to set the pace on the floor and make every guest feel like a regular. Breakfast & lunch service only. Be home for family dinner, every night. What you'll do Work service alongside the team: greet, serve, and set the tone from first coffee to last croissant Train teammates on our menu, bread program, and service standards, and lead by example Keep quality, presentation, and the guest experience top-notch Handle cash, POS, opening and closing duties, and inventory counts Keep the floor running smoothly through weekend rushes and tourist season, in step with the kitchen and bakery What you bring 2+ years in hospitality: fast casual, bakery, café, or restaurant service A natural leader with a calm head in the rush and a genuine love of taking care of people Reliability & accountability for results Strong communication skills Strong cash handling and POS skills, plus an eye for detail Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler's card (or willingness to obtain) What we offer $25-$30/hr plus tips, overtime eligible Full medical, dental, and vision, with 50% of medical paid by us Paid time off and employee discounts (yes, the bread) Real room to grow with an award-winning, expanding brand A daytime schedule that's rare in hospitality industry How to apply: Send your resume to katt@bobswellbread.com Bob's Well Bread is an equal opportunity employer.
