Shift Leader Qualifications Previous restaurant experience (required) Leadership experience — including leading shifts, training new hires, or supervising a team Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a hands-on, team-player mindset Prior experience with corporate restaurants (In-N-Out, Cheesecake Factory, Wood Ranch, etc.) is a plus Pay & Benefits $20/hour after a 3-month probation period Two weeks of paid training to get you up to speed Supportive, upbeat team environment Opportunities to grow with a well-loved local restaurant Shift Leader Responsibilities Lead and support the team during restaurant shifts Ensure smooth service and positive guest experiences Step in where needed and lead by example Handle guest concerns with a friendly, solution-focused approach Assist with scheduling, training, and maintaining our service standards Interested?
