You oversee all store operations, team development, implementing policies/procedures, and running a profitable business. You must lead your team and treat them as your guests. Ambassador, guest focus, camaraderie, courteous communication, wisdom are core competencies expected to be followed. You are to report to your franchisee regarding the day-to-day business operations as requested. Duties
  • Embody the culture of Menchie's by upholding the Menchie's vision, mission, values, 3Ps, and be a positive role model to the entire team
  • Know all team member and shift leader duties and positions
  • Ensure the team is delivering the 5Gs to all guests
  • Follow up and take care of difficult guest situations
  • Uphold and administer all safety standards and operational procedures
  • Maintain a clean store
  • Ensure the team is following all food safety and cleaning procedures
  • Oversee inventory systems
  • Maintain quality food products and ensure all products are available to guests
  • Keep all equipment properly maintained
  • Responsible for educating, coaching, and developing the entire team
  • Support human resources and uphold local policies
  • Implement promotions and drive results
  • Uphold and implement proper cash handling standards and procedures
  • Responsible for all cash in the building
  • Hold team accountable for time and attendance and dress code
  • Responsible for store opening and closing on time
  • Accountable for key and alarm codes
  • Assisting with preventive maintenance
  • Support driving the business through operations and local store marketing
  • Oversee in-store administrative items as requested by franchisee.
Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Must have weekend and morning shift availability. Familiarity with POS systems; proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage team dynamics effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and food industry best practices. Current Food handlers license is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week
