F&B DIRECTOR!
Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Direct and oversee all food and beverage outlets, bars, lounges, and gaming floor services while ensuring adherence to high operational, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Financial & Cost Control:
Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, P&L performance, inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize revenue and control labor, food, and beverage costs.
Leadership & Talent Development:
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate F&B team members, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and guest-focused service.
Guest Relations & Quality Assurance:
Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and continuously improve service processes to enhance the overall guest experience.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety:
Ensure strict compliance with health department regulations, food safety standards, responsible alcohol service laws, and workplace safety requirements.
Strategic Collaboration & Reporting:
Partner with executive leadership, marketing, and other property departments to align operations with strategic goals and prepare performance reports. Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred or replaceable with double experience) with at least 7 years in F&B operations and 5 years in a hospitality/casino leadership role.
Financial & Analytical Skills:
Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic data analysis.
Certifications & Licensing:
Required to hold a valid Food Handler's Card, California RBS certification, and obtain/maintain a Tribal Gaming License.
