Seasoning K BBQ is an authentic Korean BBQ restaurant located in Greeley, Colorado, and we are looking for motivated, dependable, and hospitality-focused individuals to join our growing team.
Ideal candidates should:
Provide friendly, polite, and professional customer serviceCommunicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and managementWork efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStay calm and make good decisions during busy service periodsRecognize when a situation should be handled independently and when a manager should be involvedBe dependable, punctual, and ready to work as scheduledWork well as part of a team and assist coworkers when neededFollow restaurant policies, food safety standards, and operational proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentBe willing to learn our menu, Korean BBQ service style, ingredients, and restaurant standardsAccept coaching and feedback with a positive attitudeTake initiative and help the overall operation instead of focusing only on assigned tasksMaintain professionalism and a positive attitude around guests and coworkersOUR EXPECTATIONAt Seasoning K BBQ, every employee plays an important role in the guest experience.
