This company operates all of the food and beverage venues at Epcot's Mexico Pavilion, including quick-service, table-service and bar locations. All of these operations experience a high volume of guests throughout the year. A Receiving Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that processes related to the ordering, receiving and storage of products are performed in the proper manner each day. This includes not only ordering and receiving, but also stocking, rotating and inventory of all food and non-food products and supplies. In addition, a Receiving Supervisor must ensure all storage areas remain neat, clean and organized at all times. In order to be successful, a Receiving Supervisor must be able to lead daily processes, prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and work safely and efficiently in a variety of working conditions. Teamwork is essential, and building/maintaining positive relationships with coworkers, other members of the Food and Beverage Team, and our vendors is imperative. WORK DUTIES

Partner with the Purchasing Manager/Director to lead Food-Handling team through daily tasks Follow all safety and food sanitation processes at all times Receive all food/product deliveries and ensure accuracy Note and report any discrepancies between purchase orders and delivery invoices Store all food/product deliveries in the proper location and within food-handling time limits Date and/or rotate food/product as necessary to ensure older product is used first ("FIFO") Clean and organize all storage areas as necessary to ensure cleanliness and efficiency Note and report any expired product Place food/product orders as necessary following current processes Perform food/product inventories as necessary following current processes Train new Food Handlers in proper processes and procedures All other tasks as assigned
