Responsibilities Prepare a variety of confections using precise techniques and food safety practices. Ensuring all treats meet quality standards and safety regulations in a timely manner Oversee shift operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervising team members to maintain efficiency and morale Manage inventory control by monitoring supplies, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting Deliver 5-star customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about products, providing samples, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Ensure staff is in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols across all areas of operation

Requirements Experience:

Previous retail or relevant leadership experience. Food industry is preferred.

Cleanliness:
