This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting the team around them. We are not looking for someone to simply "run shifts." We are looking for someone who can help maintain standards, support the management team, and keep operations moving at a high level.
