This is an excellent opportunity for someone with restaurant leadership experience who enjoys working with people, maintaining high standards, and helping a restaurant operate successfully. What You'll Do As a Shift Leader, you will help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a positive experience for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating team members during assigned shifts Providing friendly, fast, and accurate guest service Assigning positions and directing the flow of the shift Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Supporting training and development of new team members Handling cash, deposits, and shift paperwork accurately Monitoring labor, food waste, and restaurant productivity Resolving guest concerns professionally Opening or closing the restaurant as assigned Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or quick-service restaurant experience preferred Prior Shift Leader, Team Lead, or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift restaurant supplies when needed Positive attitude and willingness to learn Commitment to excellent guest service and teamwork Why Join Us?
