Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of our events, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment, contributing to memorable guest experiences and the overall success of our venue.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all banquet event operations, including setup, service, and cleanup Lead and motivate banquet staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain standards Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their needs and ensure event specifications are met Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Management team and Sales team to ensure seamless service flow during events and daily operations. Monitor event timelines and ensure all aspects of the banquet are executed efficiently Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies required for events Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and regulations Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Assist in training and developing banquet staff to enhance performance and teamwork
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in banquet or event management, preferably in a supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Knowledge of food and beverage service standards Attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related degree preferred Join our team and be part of a vibrant, customer-focused environment that values growth, teamwork, and excellence.
