Job Expectations Take care of guests. Greet every guest with a smile, take orders, answer questions, and serve food with a positive, helpful attitude. Cook it right. Prepare our menu to DHC standards, following recipes, food safety, and sanitation procedures every time. Work as a team. Jump in wherever you're needed, support your teammates, and keep things moving during the rush. Move with urgency. Keep speed of service fast and food quality high in a fast-paced environment. Keep it clean. Clear tables, sweep, mop, sanitize high-touch areas, wash dishes, and keep restrooms guest-ready. Learn and grow. Follow the DHC Training Program, ask for help when you need it, and get better every shift. Make it right. Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally, and loop in your Shift Leader or manager when needed. Protect our standards. Follow food safety, cash handling, cost control, and uniform guidelines. Communicate. Keep your Shift Leader and Restaurant Management Team in the loop and work through issues respectfully. Bring the energy. Show up on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude that makes the shift fun for everyone. What You Need At least 16 years old Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and opening or closing shifts Ability to stand for long shifts, work around heat and in close quarters, and lift up to 50-75 lbs Reliable transportation and a reliable way to stay in touch with your team

Pay:

$12.00-$14.00 per hour, plus tips. Total pay up to $16/hr
