Day & Night Shifts Available, Weekends About the Position We are looking for a dependable and motivated Shift Lead to join our Dunkin' team at the new TA Travel Center in Dale, IN! As a Shift Lead, you will help lead the restaurant during your shift while providing excellent guest service and supporting your team. You will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly, maintain Dunkin' standards, and create a positive environment for both guests and team members. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, taking responsibility, and developing their leadership skills. What You'll Do Lead and support the team during your assigned shift Ensure Dunkin' brand standards, recipes, and procedures are followed Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming guest experience Coach and train team members on proper procedures and performance expectations Assign positions and responsibilities to team members throughout the shift Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, product quality, and cleanliness Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin' recipes and standards Operate the POS system, take orders, and handle cash accurately Help manage breaks and keep the team organized and productive Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed Ensure the restaurant, equipment, dining area, and workstations remain clean and organized Stock products and supplies and communicate inventory needs Help maintain cleaning tack and quality check throughout the week Communicate effectively with managers and team members Follow all company policies and procedures Lead by example and help create a positive team environment What We're Looking For Previous leadership, restaurant, café, or fast-food experience preferred Previous Dunkin, Shift Lead or supervisory experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable and able to take responsibility for the shift Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable coaching and helping team members improve Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Ability to handle cash and basic math accurately Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions when management is not immediately available Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including a mixture of weekdays and weekends Why Join Us?
