The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to assist in managing daily operations. Duties
• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
• Support the General Manager in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company standards. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving overall restaurant performance. Experience
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience with inventory management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Experience in cooking or culinary background is a plus.
