FOH Shift Leader:

Lead & energize the front-of-house team during high-volume shifts Ensure warm, attentive, and consistent hospitality at every guest touchpoint Oversee floor plans, table assignments, pacing, and overall service flow Partner with BOH leaders for smooth kitchen & dining room communication Conduct pre-shift huddles, motivate the team, and celebrate wins Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and accountability for team members Support opening/closing shifts, service problem-solving, and shift recaps Perks +
