Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Clover POS for order processing and sales transactions Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments accurately, and balance cash drawers Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and other food prep tools Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly Experience Previous experience in pizzeria or fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided Familiarity with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation standards in a restaurant or café setting Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Retail or grocery store experience is beneficial for understanding sales transactions and customer service principles A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in the food industry Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes a difference!
