Full Job Description Pay:

00/hour with tips included! Dave's Hot Chicken is looking for motivated, dependable leaders who want to take the next step and help run great shifts. As a Shift Leader , you'll help lead the restaurant during your scheduled shifts, support and coach Team Members, maintain Dave's Hot Chicken standards, and make sure our Guests receive great food and great service. Shift Leaders set the tone for the team and lead by example. What You'll Do Lead and direct Team Members throughout the shift Help open and/or close the restaurant Deploy Team Members to the right positions and keep the shift organized Maintain food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and Guest service standards Coach, motivate, and support Team Members Communicate expectations and hold the team accountable Handle Guest concerns professionally and help create a great Guest experience Follow and enforce food safety, cash handling, and restaurant procedures Stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused during busy periods Work alongside the team wherever help is needed What We're Looking For 18 years of age or older Dependable, positive, and able to lead by example Strong communication and people skills Comfortable giving direction and coaching others Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred, but we're willing to develop the right person What Makes a Great Dave's Shift Leader? Someone who is proactive, dependable, confident, fair, organized, and a strong communicator. You should be willing to jump in with the team while also being able to step back, see the entire restaurant, and make sure the shift is running the right way.
