Dining Health Services Lead Full Time | Non-Exempt |

Medford, NJ Rate:

As our Dining Health Services (DHS) Lead, you'll be the heartbeat of dining operations in our Assisted Living Facility. From ensuring delicious meals are delivered accurately and on time to maintaining food safety standards and supporting our dining team, you'll help create an outstanding dining experience that enhances the lives of our residents every day.

Schedule Varies:

Shifts range from 5:30am - 7pmEvery other weekendFull time hours

Responsibilities:

Oversee meal service and hospitality in our licensed care areas.

Ensure residents receive the correct meals according to diet orders and preferences.

Champion food safety, sanitation, and infection control practices.

Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.

Maintain meal records, resident dining preferences, and menu databases.

Track admissions, discharges, and resident census information.

Circulate throughout the kitchen and dining areas to support team members and ensure smooth operations. •Annual Flu Vaccines Required•
