Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure service excellence by fostering a positive guest experience and proactively addressing customer concernsEnsure proper product quality, presentation, and consistencyMaintain all sanitation and health department requirementsAssist in all dining room personnel hiring and trainingImplement proper chain of command leadershipAssist in maintaining and guiding all dining area personnel training, records, scheduling, and development

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills requiredAbility to follow written and oral instructionsExcellent customer service skillsMust have strong organizational skills1-3 years related experience and/or trainingIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United States
