What we're looking for: Experience in food service management, preferably in skilled nursing, healthcare, or senior living Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations Strong organizational and team leadership skills Experience with menu planning, purchasing, inventory, and budgets A genuine appreciation for hospitality and the people behind every meal Applicable dietary management credentials, or the ability to meet regulatory requirements The right fit is about more than experience.
