What You'll Do As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the restaurant during your shift while delivering great customer experiences, developing team members, and achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating Crew Members during shifts
• Ensuring excellent customer service and hospitality
• Coaching and developing team members
• Managing food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Monitoring service times and operational performance
• Handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Assisting with staffing, training, and daily restaurant operations
• Maintaining a safe and positive work environment
• Supporting restaurant goals for people, service, quality, and profitability What We're Looking For
