Help Build West Linn s Newest Neighborhood Gathering PlaceFast Times is coming to West Linn, and we re looking for an experienced Bartender / Shift Leader to help create a restaurant the community will be proud to call its own.
We re building a neighborhood hangout centered around handcrafted pizza, drinks, soft serve, pinball, music and patio time a place where families gather after games, friends meet for drinks and guests become regulars.
This position combines experienced bartending with hands-on shift leadership. You ll provide excellent bar service while serving as the primary operational leader on duty. You ll support the team, maintain standards and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
At Fast Times, everyone is cross-trained because we believe the strongest teams understand the whole restaurant. This is not a position where you stay behind the bar all shift. You ll be expected to lead from the floor and contribute wherever the restaurant needs you most.

Physical RequirementsThis position requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, working around hot ovens and kitchen equipment and moving quickly between the bar, guest-facing and production areas.
