•17/hour | 20-30 hours per week Napoli Pizza is looking for a dependable, fast-moving kitchen team member who wants the opportunity to grow into a Kitchen Supervisor role quickly . Restaurant experience is preferred, but it is not required . We are more interested in finding someone who enjoys working in a kitchen, learns quickly, stays organized, and can keep moving when the restaurant gets busy. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced pizza shop. You'll work with pizza, cheesesteaks, grill items, fryer items, sandwiches, salads and other menu items while learning how to keep an entire shift moving smoothly. What we're looking for: Available approximately 20-30 hours per week Starting pay $14

•17/hour , based on experience, speed and demonstrated ability Comfortable working quickly under pressure Strong cleanliness and hygiene standards Reliable and punctual Willing to learn multiple kitchen stations Able to communicate and work as part of a team Weekend availability Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required for occasional deliveries Someone interested in taking on more responsibility and potentially moving into a supervisor position quickly Previous pizza shop, cheesesteak, grill, fryer, sandwich or high-volume kitchen experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. This is a good fit for someone who likes the controlled chaos of a busy kitchen — someone who sees a full ticket rail and starts figuring out what needs to happen next instead of freezing.
