What will you do? Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member-counseling sessions, including corrective action reports Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests' and team member need within your assigned area More about you One year related experience Superior organization and guest service abilities Basic math skills and computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations No college degree required Physical requirements Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs Standing or walking for the duration of the shift Possible exposure to second hand smoke and high noise volumes Shift details Days Evenings Events Holidays Weekends
