We are located at Fairview Town Center on 341 Town Place. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, timely, motivated, and holds a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The F&B Supervisor is a supervisory role and reports to the Store Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the daily operations of Cheeky Monkeys Cafe, ensuring quality service and staff performance. Manage food orders and ensure prompt customer payments. Maintain inventory, cleanliness, food rotation, and menu consistency, especially during food preparation for our large events. Support the Store Manager with preparing supply and inventory orders. Implement cost-effective measures and set budgets for efficient operations. Recruit and train staff, ensuring their ongoing competence and development. Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain updated permits. Oversee the proper maintenance, cleaning, and operation of kitchen equipment (airfryers, pizza ovens, fridge, etc). Practice good food safety and maintain cleanliness in the Food & Beverage/Cafe area.

Educational Qualifications:

High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business preferred. Energy, enthusiasm, and great customer service. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in F&B preferred.
