We are a family oriented indoor playground and party/event venue located in Friendswood/Webster. Our Ideal candidate is self-driven, timely, motivated, and holds a high standard for cleanliness and hygiene. The F&B Supervisor is a supervisory role and reports to the Store Manager. This role requires applicant to be 18 years and older. Duties Lead the daily operations of Cheeky Monkeys Food and Beverage department, ensuring quality service and staff performance. Manage food orders and ensure prompt customer payments. Maintain inventory, cleanliness, food rotation, and menu consistency, especially during food preparation for our large events. Support the Store Manager with preparing supply and inventory orders. Implement cost-effective measures and set budgets for efficient operations. Train staff ensuring their ongoing competence and development Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain updated permits. Oversee proper maintenance, cleaning, and operation of kitchen equipment (Fryers, pizza ovens, fridges etc). Practice good food saftey and maintain cleanliness in the Food and Beverage/ Cafe area. Requirements High School diploma required Minimum 18 years old Energy, enthusiasm, and great customer service. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Experience with cash handling Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a team-oriented atmosphere. Food Handlers certification Managers Food Handlers Certification which can be acquired after hiring.
