We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Director who enjoys leading people, creating memorable guest experiences, and building strong teams. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact and help shape the future of our dining program while honoring the traditions that make Lajitas unique. What You Will Do You will oversee all food and beverage operations throughout the resort, including our restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering services. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure exceptional service, outstanding food quality, and efficient daily operations. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing budgets, controlling costs, and finding opportunities to improve both the guest experience and financial performance. Because we are in a remote location, success also depends on attracting, developing, and retaining a great team. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills are essential.
