Job Description
Little Caesars Pizza, DBA Rutul Pizza LLC, is seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to help lead daily operations at our Mineral Wells, TX location. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supporting the General Manager, leading the team during assigned shifts, maintaining operational standards, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Successfully lead daily store operations during assigned shifts Lead, coach, and motivate team members Assist with training new employees and reinforcing company standards Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards are consistently met Help control labor, food costs, and inventory Ensure compliance with company, health, and safety standards Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Lead the team during busy rush periods while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality Complete opening and closing procedures Support overall store sales and operational performance Requirements Must have reliable transportation Must be highly motivated and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Must be able to effectively manage busy rush periods Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable, dependable, and customer-focused
