What You'll Do:
Oversee all aspects of the dining services operations and compliance Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, service, and hospitality Responsible for meal planning, staff supervision, budgeting, compliance with dietary regulations, and creating a positive dining experience for residents Ensure meals meet nutritional requirements and accommodate special dietary needs Lead and manage the dining services team, kitchen staff, and servers
What You'll Need:
Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment Strong knowledge of food safety regulations Texas Food Manager Certification Program Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment Benefits Available to
