Job Summary This is not an entry-level position and we are not looking for someone to grow into it. Stone Corral Brewery is a scratch kitchen and craft brewery in Richmond, Vermont with a loyal local following built over 10 years. We need a number two who can lead a line, develop the team beneath them, and run the kitchen with full authority when the chef is off the floor.

What this job actually is:

You run the kitchen when the Culinary Coordinator is out — not "help out." Run it. You supervise our Shift Leads and actively make them better at their jobs You hold every dish to our standard, every service, without being told to You solve problems the moment they appear — no waiting, no passing the buck You lead with urgency, by example, every single shift What we need from you: 3+ years in professional kitchens, including 1+ year supervising a team Full command of kitchen operations: pars, prep, allergens, station management The composure to hold a team together when service gets difficult Nights, weekends, and the realities of restaurant life — you know what this means A belief that the same dish, done right, every time, is the whole job What you get: $22-$28/hr based on experience A kitchen that respects your leadership and your craft A real path to grow — we build from within and we are growing A community worth working for To apply: Email Johnne@stonecorral.com or text 802-503-9452.
