This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside the team while helping maintain quality, speed, organization, and positive vibes throughout each shift. What You'll Do Lead daily shift operations Support and motivate team members Deliver excellent customer service Help prepare smoothies, bowls, sandwiches, and drinks Open and/or close the café Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Handle cash/POS responsibilities accurately Assist with inventory and restocking Help train and coach newer team members Keep the café running smoothly during busy rushes What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment Great communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Previous food service or leadership experience preferred Why Work With Us?
