Job Description

Job Overview First Glass of Arkansas is seeking a motivated, organized, and trustworthy professional to serve as our Field Coordinator/Crew Lead. This role acts as the bridge between our project managers, field crews, suppliers, and general contractors to help keep projects on schedule and maintain strong customer relationships. You will assist in the installation of storefront & curtainwall framing and glass, as well as be responsible for transporting material with a truck and trailer to job sites. The ideal candidate has construction industry experience, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable representing First Glass in jobsite meetings and directing construction crew. This position requires regular travel to job sites throughout Central Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas using. Valid driver license and good driving record is required. Responsibilities Attend project meetings and represent First Glass professionally with general contractors, owners, and other trades. Deliver material to the jobsites via company truck and trailer. Monitor project progress and communicate jobsite updates to project managers. Assist with installation, scheduling field crews, deliveries, and subcontractors. Help identify and remove obstacles that are slowing project completion. Track project milestones and ensure critical deadlines are being met. Perform site visits to verify readiness, measurements, material deliveries, and installation progress. Maintain organized project documentation, photos, and field reports. Assist with punch lists and project closeout activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and general contractors. Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork. Requirements Prior experience in construction, commercial glazing, project management, field supervision, or a related industry. Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable speaking in jobsite meetings and communicating with project teams. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented. Basic understanding of construction schedules and sequencing. Proficient with smartphones, email, and Microsoft Office applications. Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license. Ability to travel throughout Arkansas and be gone overnights Monday - Thursday. Ability to walk active construction sites and climb ladders as needed. Ability to operate a boom lift/scissor lift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation:
