We are looking for dependable, outgoing, and safety-minded individuals to help ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for every passenger. This role plays an important part in daily flight operations by supporting passenger coordination, ground handling, customer service, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, and confident in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet and check in guests for their helicopter tours Verify reservations and assist guests with the check-in process Help safely load and unload passengers from the helicopter Escort passengers to and from the aircraft while following all safety procedures Provide passengers with clear instructions before and after their flight Coordinate with pilots and other team members to keep flights running efficiently and on schedule Sell helicopter tours to walk-up customers Answer questions about tour options, pricing, availability, and the overall flight experience Assist with processing payments and booking reservations Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional guest area Monitor passenger flow and help keep operations organized during busy periods Support the team with additional operational tasks as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow detailed safety procedures and instructions Comfortable working around helicopters and active aircraft operations Able to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods Proactive and willing to jump in wherever help is needed Previous customer service, hospitality, aviation, sales, or event experience is a plus, but not required Schedule This is a seasonal position supporting our Fall Color Tours in Sparta!! Applicants should have strong availability during the fall season, particularly on weekends and during peak tour days. We are hiring both FULL and
