POSITION OVERVIEW

ADB is seeking a Construction Coordinator to assist with the operational management of the Project Management lifecycle. This position will provide general administrative support including the maintenance of project logs, tracking daily production quantities, data tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative knowledge and experience, possess a high level of attention to detail with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project tasks, reporting requirements, and communications for all assigned projects including project schedules, RAIDs, lessons learned, project status reports, inventory reporting Support internal and external kick off meetings, identify key requirements and milestones with guidance from the Project Team Work with project team members to develop project schedules and deliverables to align with contract requirements Support preparation and coordination of customer project status updates and attend weekly customer project status meetings Track subcontractor labor hours and support invoice reconciliation against project data Collaborate with internal operations team members to prepare change orders Manage and perform project updates in project management software and tools Support the closeout process of various projects; gather data for the project controls and construction teams to support the invoicing and financial collection process Provide high-level administrative support within the Regional Project Management team Performs other position duties when requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones This role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environment When on project sites, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
1-3+ years of administrative experience required 0-1+ years of project management support experience required High school diploma or equivalent required This position pays between $18/hr and $30/hr and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
