Very professional and friendly environment. We start all new staff at $11 and hour but are eligible for pay raise after completing all training. Tipping is very common and our staff averages $2.50- $4 per hour in tips. You control your pay depending on how quickly you learn the rooms and the quality of service you provide. Must be able to speak in front of large groups, look presentable at all times, and be able to articulate and recite information. Must be able to effectively communicate instructions and rules and learn large amounts of information quickly.

Tasks include:

Showing up on time in presentable and appropriate attire Greeting guests and helping with the check-in process and orientation Assisting guests throughout their experience Resetting rooms to prepare for next group of guests Keeping room in proper order through maintenance and cleaning Cleaning facility (if you are allergic to cleaning, don't apply!) Must have a positive attitude and be fun to work with. Willingness to learn without excuses. We are hiring for our downtown location at Mystery Mansion but willing to cross-train exceptional candidates at our West Little Rock location for additional hours . All applicants will start as Gamemasters, but will have the opportunity to move up to other roles. Super fun job that makes people happy. We offer many learning/hands-on training opportunities for you as an employee for exceptional workers. Who is a great candidate for this job? Anyone looking for additional income without a heavy work load or anyone who needs a job with less than 20 hours a week most weeks. Additional hours will be offered based on availability of the applicant and skill level. MUST be available every Friday after 4pm, Saturday from 11am to 11:30pm, and Sunday after 1pm. If you are not available for these shifts, do not apply. Applicants available during the week (Tuesday-Friday) will get higher priority. Employment requires being able to lift 20 lbs on occasion and ability to go up and down staircases frequently. Additional skills such as being able to use basic tool knowledge, any art and/or theatre experience will be considered optimal. Escape room lovers are also great candidates.
