Northwoods RV Resort , a part of Zeman Homes, is looking for a seasonal Office Assistant. This position handles routine office work and administrative responsibilities of the community. This is a seasonal position with an anticipated end date of mid-October 2026. Essential Job Duties Creates a positive guest experience by establishing rapport with guests, fields community comments and concerns, and addresses all customer service issues. Assists guests with reservations. Assists with recreational activities through out the summer Prepares and distributes resident and community communications. Collects and posts fees, and rents. Processes move-ins and move-outs for guests.. Assists with the preparation of marketing materials and implementation of resident relation activities. Requirements Minimum 1 years administrative experience preferred Strong customer service and telephone skills Good problem solving skills Professional appearance (Business Casual) Computer proficiency, including the internet and Google suite; experience using Rent Manager and Back Office preferred Zeman Homes is a drug-free, equal opportunity employer.
